- They are delicious as they are, no heating needed.
- But if you prefer a warm Bikkie, pop them in the oven for 3-5min at 150°C.
- We do not recommend microwaving, as they tend to heat unevenly and get soggy... ew.

The Preparation
Butter is caramelized, ganache is blended, chocolate chopped, nuts roasted - everything is ready for the big day.

Dough is formed and married with the mix ins. In unity, they enter the fridge together, getting cozy for their overnight stay.

The Honeymoon
The well rested mixture is woken from its slumber ahead of a hot trip in the oven, exiting as a changed Bikkie and excited for its future.

Aussie Flour
Great baking starts with great flour. Unbleached Flour made from Australian Grain with just the right protein content to give our Bikkies their unique textures.
Haus-Made Mix ins
From delicious dark chocolate ganache, to oven roasted nuts and our peanut butter milk chocolate filling, our in-Haus mix ins help give our Bikkies their edge.
Melach Sea Salt
Sourced from salt beds of the Himalayas, we use Melach Sea Salt Flakes to top our creations with a final defining touch of greatness.
