Shipping

We currently offer shipping Australia-wide from our Western Sydney based HQ. Standard orders are sent via Australia Post Express Shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- Metro areas: 1–2 business days

- Regional & Rural areas: up to 4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on Australia Post and your location. Thankfully, our Bikkies are individually heat sealed to maintain optimal freshness so they'll still be delicious once they arrive.

Sending to Multiple Addresses

Each order can only be shipped to one address. For multiple recipients, please place separate orders for each new address or contact us for assistance. 

Australian Weather Considerations

Our Bikkies are baked fresh and contain real chocolate.

During warmer weather, we recommend:

- Shipping to a work address, parcel locker, or post office if you won’t be home

- Avoiding unattended delivery where possible

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. While we pack with care, we cannot guarantee the condition of Bikkies left in heat or direct sun after delivery.
