Yes, we ship Bikkie Haus cookie boxes Australia-wide, including to Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
Do you cater for corporate or bulk cookie orders in Sydney?
Yes, we work with businesses across Sydney and Australia on corporate and bulk cookie orders, including gifts for clients, teams and events. We can accommodate orders of any scale. Orders can be branded or customized to suit the occasion. Just reach out via our contact form.
Please note: we need at least 48 hours notice.
Where does the free delivery over $100 apply?
It only applys to gift box orders, not bulk orders.
Can I choose my own flavours?
Yes, you sure can! We offer a 6-pack of cookies in 'Build Your Own Blend' where you can mix and match from our core flavour range, however your tastebuds desire.
When is my order shipped?
We dispatch orders with Australia Post Express. Orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Special arrangements will be made for bespoke bulk orders with a particular event date to ensure your order arrives in time (we'll even hand deliver them ourselves by bike if need be!).

Ingredients & Allergens
What Australian ingredients do you use in your cookies?
We use Australian flour, sugar and macadamias, New Zealand butter, and local eggs: no shortcuts on ingredient quality. Our Belgian chocolate is hand-chopped and our nuts are roasted in-house rather than bought pre-roasted, so we can control quality and flavour from the ground up.
I have a food allergy, can I still eat the Bikkies?
Do you have vegan/gluten/dairy free options?
No, we do not currently offer vegan/gluten/dairy free options. All Bikkies contain egg, wheat flour and/or milk.

Bikkie Haus gift boxes suit every occasion, from birthdays, thank-yous, corporate gifting, weddings and events, or simply "for no reason at all."
What makes Bikkie Haus different from other cookie brands?
Bikkie Haus is a gifting brand, not just a bakery. Every Bikkie is handcrafted in small batches using techniques like house-made ganache, hand-chopped chocolate and in-house roasted nuts. Rather than chasing the oversized, NY-style cookie trend, we focus on flavour depth and quality ingredients, including Australian macadamias. Each order is designed to feel like a considered gift, not a mass-produced treat.
Are the Bikkies really handmade?
Yes, our Bikkies are 100% handmade! All of our Bikkies are prepared and rolled with love by humans.
How should I store the Bikkies once they arrive?
We recommend keeping your Bikkies in their heat sealed bags at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Be sure to eat them within 7 days from dispatch. That being said, we've been known to still enjoy them after 10 days without any dramas.
