Orders & Delivery
When can I make an order?
We currently operate with a weekly drop system. The order window is between 5PM Friday and 5PM Sunday AEDT each week.
If you'd like to order outside of this window for a special event, contact us at hello@bikkiehaus.com.au and we can see what we can do. Please note: we need at least 48 hours notice.
Can I choose my own flavours?
Yes, you sure can! We offer a 6-pack of cookies in 'Build Your Own Blend' where you can mix and match from our core flavour range, however your tastebuds desire.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, we do take bulk orders! Shoot us a message at hello@bikkiehaus.com with your needs and we'll work out the rest. Please note: we need at least 48 hours notice.
When is my order shipped?
We dispatch orders every Wednesday with Australia Post Express. Orders typically arrive the next day or Friday depending on your location.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer Australia wide free express shipping.
Ingredients & Allergens
I have a food allergy, can I still eat the Bikkies?
Even though we practice strict hygiene and cleanliness, we cannot guarantee that our Bikkies are 100% free from allergens as our Bikkies are made in our home bakery shared kitchen. We encourage anyone with severe allergies to please exercise caution. More information here.
Do you have vegan/gluten/dairy free options?
No, we do not currently offer vegan/gluten/dairy free options. All Bikkies contain egg, wheat and/or milk.
Product Information
Are the Bikkies really handmade?
Yes, our Bikkies are 100% handmade! All of our Bikkies are prepared and rolled with love by humans.
How should I store the Bikkies once they arrive?
We recommend keeping your Bikkies in their heat sealed bags at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Be sure to eat them within 7 days from dispatch. That being said, we've been known to still enjoy them after 10 days without any dramas.
