Bikkie Haus set out to build something that dared to be different from the cookie cutter. A selection of artisan Bikkies, handcrafted for sharing, gifting a loved one or for a solo adventure for the tastebuds. Each touch point of Bikkie Haus has been crafted to feel elevated and offer a memorable experience, from the distinct flavour range to the meticulously designed packaging.

After quitting their stable careers in early 2025, founders Sarah and Flo spent the rest of the year hustling, tinkering and refining Bikkie Haus to what it is today. The duo values authenticity, connection and challenging the status quo, so Bikkie Haus naturally follows these same principles.

The name Bikkie Haus reflects the merging of two cultures to form something special, just like their relationship. ‘Bikkie’ represents Sarah’s Australian roots, a cheeky nod to the slang used for biscuit or cookie and a reminder of the playful side to the business. Whereas Haus is the German word for ‘house’, honouring Flo’s German nationality and the new home he is making for himself here in Australia with Sarah. His German roots bring precision and craftsmanship to the business.
